Covid-19 Social Distancing

We'd like to reassure you that we are doing everything we can to ensure safe social distancing for when you drop off or collect your pets.


To ensure we can operate safely we would ask the following of our customers:

  • Please allow plenty of time when dropping off or collecting your pets.  We are only allowing one family in our reception area at a time.  If there is a person ahead of you please wait with your car and we'll come out to see you when it is your turn.  If you are waiting with your pets please ensure the car is well ventilated.
  • Please do not bring your pets own bedding as we will not be able to take it in.
  • When we are ready we will collect your pets from your car.  For dogs we will collect using our own leads.  For cats we will ask you to place the carrier box at a social distance and we will pick up.
  • During this time we are not able to allow access onto our kennel or cattery blocks unless it it essential to settling in your pet.
  • We are asking all customers to pay for their booking at least 3 weeks in advance of arrival.  This will reduce our interactions at reception and assist with speeding up the process.
  • Vaccination cards - Where possible these should be emailed to us in advance of your pets stay.  Please ensure the pets name is visible on the scanned copy.
  • Flea and worming treatments - We will ask you to confirm these at arrival however you are welcome to email details of these ahead of your arrival.

To ensure our staff can operate safely:

  • We have increased our hand washing and sanitiser stations
  • We are observing social distancing during our working day
  • All of our main work areas are cleaned daily with disinfectant
  • A risk assessment for COVID-19 has been carried out.
